Cooling Tower Fan Product Features
- Blades:
- Made of Fibreglass Reinforced Polyester (FRP) or Aluminium Alloy.
- Available configurations:
- 4 blades for fans with a 1050 mm diameter.
- 6 blades for fans with a 1200 mm diameter and above.
- Hub:
- Crafted from Hot Dip Galvanized Steel.
- Includes stainless steel bolts, nuts, and washers for superior corrosion resistance.
- Balancing:
- The entire assembly is statically balanced to minimize vibration and ensure smooth operation.
Cooling Tower Fan Operational Configurations
- Gearbox-Driven Fans:
- These fans are coupled to a Gearbox powered by an Electric Motor.
- Gearbox Model:
- Required to bore the fan hub.
- If your Gearbox model is unavailable, select “LATER” at checkout and email us the Gearbox model or shaft details.
- Direct Motor-Coupled Fans:
- These fans are directly connected to the Electric Motor for simplified operation.

- Electric Motor Frame Size: Required for hub boring; ensure to specify during your order.
- Gearbox Model: Provide details at the time of purchase or later via email if not immediately available.
